Workshop & Audition Info

Please READ ALL of these files! The After School Permission Form can go to your child's teacher on the first Workshop day.
Print, complete and bring the Emergency Contact form to your student's audition. The student contract can be turned in at our first rehearsals.
- After School Permission Form - This form is for YOUR CHILD'S TEACHER (Don't bring to rehearsal)
- Student Size Information - Please fill out this online Google Form as soon as possible
- Snow/Sick Policy - you only have to read this one :)
- Emergency & Carpool Contacts - bring copy to rehearsal as soon as possible
- Company Contract - bring SIGNED copy to first rehearsal after auditions (link not active yet)
Workshop & Audition Files
During the Workshop Days, students will rotate between singing, dancing and speaking sessions. The sessions will focus on material from the show that students will use in auditions. We will play the Music tracks WITHOUT words for the singing portion of the audition.
Your child should have brought home papers with the singing and acting sections that we worked on in Workshop. Here is that file if they don't have their copy.
Choreography: Look at the FRONT VIEW video to get a good view of the motions, but practice along with the REAR VIEW to make sure you move in the correct direction!
Singing: We will ask all children to sing the first song together with their 3 auditionees. Then, each child will have the opportunity to sing any of the three songs as a solo (not required). We will play the instrumental version of the song in auditions, so make sure you can sing along without someone else singing the words!
For "Back When the Dragon...." The music starts at measure 5 (not the beginning of the song). You should only count FOUR measures before you sing. In the workshops, we counted 8 measures.
